This privacy policy governs the use of the software application NaviGPS IO (“the Application”) for mobile devices, created by NaviGPS. This app provides GPS tracking services with the main purpose of tracking the location of vehicles and assets using generic GPS trackers.

Does the app collect precise real-time location information of the device?

When you use the Application, we use GPS technology (or similar) to determine your current location. Location data is displayed on the map in real-time. We do not share your current location data with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set above, you may disable location services for the app in your mobile device settings and/or within the app itself.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

We do not share your location information with third parties except as required by law.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop sharing location information at any time by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstallation process available as part of your mobile device or via the app marketplace or network.

Data retention policy and management of your information

We do not collect or store location data beyond the real-time functioning of the Application. Data is not retained after you log out or uninstall the app.

Children

We do not promote the Application to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We care about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect the information processed by the Application.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy here. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically, as continued use implies acceptance of any changes.
